Librythm, operated by YVY - DO BETTER, LDA, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Refunds are handled by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:
- Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Select the transaction and follow the refund instructions.
- Alternatively, email us at support@librythm.com and we will assist you with the request.
Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
After the 30-day window
After 30 days, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer-protection law (including any statutory rights you may have where you live).
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Librythm profile or via paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling a subscription does not by itself trigger a refund — request a refund using the steps above if you are within the 30-day window.
